The checkout time was earlier than advertised, which was a bit inconvenient. the owner only accepted cash as payment, leading to an uncomfortable situation when I had to withdraw multiple times from the ATM and a member of staff followed me.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Best aspects were its quiet and safe location, helpful staff who gave us tips on exploring this city, excellent location with a nice cafe nearby, and cheap taxi rides to the main shopping area which was more relaxed and cleaner than other places we visited.

the simple rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and kitchenette, ideal for preparing simple meals. the pool and gardens were well-kept, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

The customer experience would have been enhanced if the payment process could have been smoother from day one.
